Update wordpress theme and woocomerce. Something is wrong

Hi!

I try to update my blanco theme without lose all my past changes, when i update the theme via ftp some changes don’t appear and when i update woocommerce plugin my screen is white.
Can you help me please!

Hello Cristina,

please make full backup of your themes/blanco folder and provide us with admin and FTP credentials for your site in private content.

Hello,

I’ve updated the theme and Woocommerce plugin.
Also I had to rename the plugin folder geographical-redirect to geographical-redirect_old via FTP as it caused a conflict with the theme.
Please check your site now and clear browser cache before.
