Pages Won't Load! - by hayden34 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,
I have recently uploaded the legenda theme to my wordpress page, as soon as I do this, the pages stop loading and I can’t even logo into the wp-admin page either.

Have I done something wrong with the installation?

I have a woocommerce shop aswell if this changes anything?

my website is http://www.district5ive.com

When I goto my ftp manage and change the plugins folder to ‘plugins.hold’ I can then access everything but I obviously have no plugins.
