    .page-heading .delimeter {
   padding-left: 5px;
   padding-right: 5px;
}

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    You need update the theme to the latest 2.5 version.
    Please do this but don’t forget to create a back up of the files and database before update!

    Sorry, but there is no such possibility to move top bar under the logo.
    To increase logo image you need add this code into custom.css:

    .header-logo img {
    max-width: 400px !important;
}

    As I see the background image is responsive. What problems are you experiencing?
