FAQ element is used with VC and Ultimate VC Addons plugins. So it will work with other theme.
If you activate default WordPress theme you’ll see the contact form doesn’t work there too, so the reason isn’t in our theme.
You’re using shortcode for contact form and we don’t provide such shortcode in our theme. I’ve disabled plugins one by one to find out what plugin adds this shortcode and it is “Jetpack by WordPress.com”. Please check yourself.
You have to contact the plugin author concerning this issue or try to use some other plugin for contact form.

To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css in wp-content/themes/blanco directory via FTP and enable it in Blanco – Theme Settings, tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.

If you don’t update all files, but just overwrite some of them, it may cause some issues and your site may work incorrectly. So we always insist on full theme update (overwrite all files). If you made changes in the original style.css file you can rename it or download to your local PC and after update just overwrite style.css. If you made changes in other theme files you need create child theme and move the modified files into there.

I’ve added the code in custom.css to remove all social media icons except of facebook icon and added your facebook link in framework/shortcodes.php file.
Concerning the issue with sidebar a conflict is created by WordPress Language plugin.
Please try to disable it and you’ll see that the sidebar moves to the right on a single product page.
