You can create separate categories in wp-admin panel > Products > Categories and mark products with those categories. Then create a page and add “Products” element in Visual Composer editor http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0106/h_1452072498_7948119_e962cdebfa.png and select a category typing category id you want to display in the Product element settings.
