Fresh installation. Need to install the following plugins:

Hello,

I’ve installed 2 remaining plugins and set permissions for theme files to 644 and for directories to 755. Clear browser cache and check your site now.

I would like to have a title to the portfolio items.

Also I would like to use a short code to display different categories on each page.

How do I do that?

Sorry, but there is no shortcode for portfolio categories and no option to enable portfolio titles.
