As for mobile you need remove the code in Global Custom CSS section and add it to Custom CSS for desktop section as I told you:

You can use Portfolio page as your home page, just set it in wp-admin panel > Settings > Reading > Front page.

You have only default files in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/languages.
Please read attentively how to translate the theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/2_how_to_translate . To open .po file you need use Poedit program https://poedit.net/ . Also read this article http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/create-pot-file-using-poedit./
After you made translation you need add the code $locale='de_DE'; into wp-confog.php file, where de_DE is your language prefix.

1. As I see the price in sidebar is the same as on Shop page http://prntscr.com/axhe76 . Also I don’t see products in the footer. Could you please show a screenshot of the issue?

2. To hide out of stock products do the following:
Go to Woocommerce → Settings and click the Products tab
Click the Inventory link at the top
Check the Out Of Stock Visibility option to hide out of stock items.
