The settings was set to lazy and we was having these images problems not just on our end but more importantly on the customers end, so it wasn’t just our problem with the cache. After I changed the settings from lazy to default, we have yet to have any images not appear on our website.

Is there a reason changing from lazy to default solved this problem?

Would changing this setting to default have any other effects or negative effects on our website?

To add more info on the hot/sale product badges, both was turned off two days ago and the website was saved/published.

yet they appear again. why is this? how is it possible. Only people that have access to our account is us (2 people) and you here and we didn’t change it back. Would there be a bug on this theme is turning these stupid product badges back on? Also when we removed these badges, at the location shown by the the screenshot, we started to have our product page images not appearing, did removing these badges cause this?

Its a word press website, so I do know why you went to our business url and tried to log into customer accounts??

We are still having this issue, and complaints with customers we also did another test with https://geopeeker.com/ and its still showing no pics even in the USA.

We didn’t clear the cache or resave the theme options. This might have been done by our host because we right out to them regarding a jetpack error. They said they would check the plugins. I will reach out to them.

As of right now never looks to be operating normally. If the problem happens again I will reach out, thank you.

We are still having a large spike in CPU usage, timeout errors etc. We website has been down a half dozen times in 2 weeks due to these issues. We reached out to our hosting company and they told us it has to due how this website is design, scripts, image optimization etc.

Well I do not know what your looking on your end but our end is we now do not even have a workable website thanks to this template. We have been in contact with siteground all day today because our entire website is down with a 504 – Gateway Timeout since late last night.

They did a check on the website and said there was issues with the theme and said there: are issues being caused by slow database queries for your website.

To follow up on one last issue the advanced-cache.php that was added by you why isnt it working, no recaptcha is showing up when a customer signs in or registers with a account. http://prntscr.com/qd6fe5, If this is not going to work how do we remove this drop in plugin

We wanted a recaptcha on our site since we get many spoof signups. We thought about installing the http://prntscr.com/qd6hrq

1) Website was down with no product images showing. http://prntscr.com/qd5jia

2) Product page http://prntscr.com/qd5jtf this is also like this on each individual product page as well.

3) Website is loading and operating a lot slower than usual.

This has been going on since late yesterday and we have no idea why. Could you please check into this and fix this issue.

We got a notice to update the xstore core to 1.5.3. I know everything was just updated two days ago (wordpress, xstore, theme itself) so I assume this is a new update to xstore?
