To view and update email settings, log into your WordPress dashboard. In the left-hand menu, click on WooCommerce → Settings.

There, you’ll find several tabs at the top. Click Emails to view the following templates:

Click the Manage button to the far right of the email template that you’d like to edit. There, you can customize the email subject line, heading, content, and type.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with such an element “PRODUCT GRID” for now, as there is no such option in the element for this, so this basically requires extra Customization for now.

Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, that how it works with it, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not?

If the issue will persist with the default WordPress Theme as well, then it will make clear that the issue is not with our theme, and in that case, you have to contact WordPress support to fix this issue.

Otherwise, you have to provide us the WP Admin URL and Credentials in a Private Content Area, so that we will check it for you on your site further.
And if possible please share the small video clip of your issue as well, for our better understanding and duplicating the issue.

No need too worry, it’s not complecat.

Here is the recommended way of Automatic update from us:

1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.

2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.

3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.

4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.

5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that…

6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.

7. After that go to XStore >> Plugins Installer and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.

8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.

9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.

10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.

Finally, check back your site after removing the browser cache.

It is because as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/rzZYFFZ3 your product’s titles are not equal some product titles appear in two lines and some are in only one line that’s why the height is not the same for every product now you have only this option that to show the product titles in one line because one line title is necessary for every product on the shop and homepage if user want to read and check the product he/she will click on it to go to the product detail page.

Now, to show the product title in one line go to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS and then paste the below code there.
