    Hello Team,

We are having issues with some product pages in our account. After clicking on the product, it’s not showing the product. All the pages and categories are visible and our logo is there of too big size. Please check the screenshots.

This is happening with the same mobile and desktop versions.

We have checked it by inspecting the elements but it’s showing some errors. Please check the screenshot.

This problem is with some products only not with all the products.
Please do check it and let me know the solution for it.

    Thank you

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @WeMee Store,

Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, that how it works with it, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not?

If the issue will persist with the default WordPress Theme as well, then it will make clear that the issue is not with our theme, and in that case, you have to contact WordPress support to fix this issue.

Otherwise, you have to provide us the WP Admin URL and Credentials in a Private Content Area, so that we will check it for you on your site further.
And if possible please share the small video clip of your issue as well, for our better understanding and duplicating the issue.

    Regards Themes Team.

    Hello, @WeMee Store,

I have checked your provided screenshots, and the errors which are showing in your site console, are not our theme errors, but those are server errors.

The 500 code would normally indicate an error on the server.

If you try to activate the default WordPress Theme on your site, you will face the same issue with it as well.

Failed to load resource error occurs when WordPress is unable to load a file that it is supposed to load.

Furthermore, you can read this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-failed-to-load-resource-error-in-wordpress/

And try to contact your hosting provider on these issues, and ask to solve it for you.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
