    The shipping option comes from the WooCommerce plugin no theme will be responsible for it. All the settings of the shipping control in the WooCommerce plugin and just for your satisfaction to understand it please try to activate another theme like “Storefront” and check the results you will understand why I told you to contact the WooCommerce support for this.

    I have checked your site and the screenshot you provide us. XStore theme I activate the theme and then I check the plugins on your site there is no AMP plugin installed and activated on your site. See image: https://postimg.cc/DJypXgCY

    Are you working on your site? did you change the theme and disable/delete the plugin?

    No, sorry to say, because the catalog view of all products shows all the products from all the categories and there is an option in the theme to disable the add to cart button from just specific categories of the products. Disabling add to cart from catalog view will hide it from all of the categories. And changes that you require need customization. We cannot cover the customization issues in our support policy.

    Hello, @Oliver Theiß,

    To add this CSS only for mobile you have to add some lines of code in the existing code of the media query to work only on mobile screens. Below I set the code now you can add this CSS code in the customizer as well.

    Please first watch this video: https://streamable.com/8euwk8 As you can see in the video the header and footer appear fine, now please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    For the sticky header issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS and then paste the below code there

    .sticky-on .header-bottom{background:black !important; color:white !important;}

    Then save settings your issue will be resolved.

    Hello, @Benas,

    WooCommerce plugin has 2 tabs: Description, Additional information (sizes, attributes, weight), and Reviews. Our theme allows us to add a few custom tabs: 2 tabs common for all the products (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Tabs > custom tabs) and 1 tab individual for every product (Products > edit product > 8theme Options > Custom tab title and Description).

    Actually, there are by default options to add the following tabs “Description, Size Guide, and custom tab” to know where to change it watch this video: https://streamable.com/2ivlza

    Furthermore if you want to add extra tabs you have to use a third-party plugin because there is no option in the theme for this you can use the “Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce” plugin if the plugin isn’t working with the theme you can make it compatible with the theme by following this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/support-of-the-custom-product-tabs-for-woocommerce-yikes-inc/

    2, Cache issue. Once a thing is working fine in the backend then it should work fine on the frontend too. If it’s not, it’s possible a cache issue because sometimes when the cache got strong on the server it will load your site from the cache and show you the old preview and the changes that you have made in the backend of the editor or in the theme options doesn’t appear so in this case you have to first flush all of the server cache and your site cache from hosting completely after that disable the cache plugins too. I can see that you are using the W3 Total Cache plugin once you disable all the cache plugins check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Alright, thanks for elaborating to understand your issue. The thing is by default it works like this every new line will come with a new <p> tag as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/06VRy3Z2 the change you require is possible with the help of customization and the customization issues are not covered in our support policy.

    If we make it side by side using Custom CSS, it will not work either because the space is too small and when we set it to side by side using Custom CSS it destroys the layout.

    You can submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    I have checked your issue the thing is the shortcode you added does not appear in any result on the page. Also, I have seen that the shortcode is coming from a third-party plugin this is the shortcodes [gzd_product_tax_notice] [gzd_product_shipping_notice]
    can you please let us know where this shortcode comes from and from where you set the content and you get these shortcodes?

    To show the background image without cropping and appear center. Always set the background image to contain not cover. As you can see in the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/N9gY5dG0 there is an option to set the background to contain.
    Simply set it and then check the results I hope your issue will be resolved.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, but that is not the bug, the option you indicate in your provided screenshot is not for mobile panel settings but it is only for the zooming purpose for different devices, by choosing this option you can see live, that how it look likes on different devices: https://postimg.cc/K1cFQqhh

    If you want to change the Font on the mobile version only, you should have to use Custom CSS for it.

    The issue you are facing is because of this Custom CSS: https://postimg.cc/56cZKPvk you should not have to put the value in minus (-) it always creates responsive issues.

    So you have to look for this code under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS and change the values as 20px for padding-left and 20px for padding-right and then check back your site after removing the cache.

    Nope, Revolution slider authors allow using the Premium features only for those who buy the individual license. So, if you want to use Revolution slider addons or Template library you need to buy the license. You can find some free templates here https://www.8theme.com/downloads Premium templates will be available only after plugin registration.

    It looks like a cache problem. Do you use a cache plugin? Temporary disable it or clear all cache including a cache of the browser.

    First of all, I didn’t touch anything on your site.

    Secondly, you wrote in your second point: “I have the problem that two times ratings is displayed….

    So it was not clear enough that the complete review box or the stars are showing twice and that is why I provided you the Custom CSS to remove the stars only.

    But as you explained it now clearly, I have prepared another Custom CSS for you, for removing the Complete Review Box which is showing twice.

    Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global Custom CSS, and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
