    Hi,

    I customize my new customer’s website https://jolibatai.lt/ and create it with Elementor. I change the heading with XStore Header Builder. On the back end, I chose a white background and update it, but on the front end, it’s still black. Also, I chose uppercase for the menu but also on the front end doesn’t look correctly.

    There is a header and a print screen on the back end https://prnt.sc/iwi3S6Is6miT

    BTW how to change the background color of the sticky header because it’s also black, want white. And I change the colors of the product sale label but it also looks by default.

    The same problem is with Static Block I made it with Elementor and change the colors for background and for typography. But on the front end is still the same.

    Footer back end https://prnt.sc/lm9qHkEehSjX

    I tried to watch your documentation and read all topics with the front end. And tried to deactivate third-party plugins. Clean all the catches and tried to watch on different browsers. The problem is still the same…

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @dGOvile,

    Please first watch this video: https://streamable.com/8euwk8 As you can see in the video the header and footer appear fine, now please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    For the sticky header issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS and then paste the below code there

    .sticky-on .header-bottom{background:black !important; color:white !important;}

    Then save settings your issue will be resolved.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
