My variations are shown as drop down lists

Hi, my variations are shown as drop down lists.
I have set them up to show as color (circle) for color and label (square) for size but no luck.

Can you advise what I need to do?

Hello, @sanxuan,

Simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> AMP XStore >> Mobile Panel then hide the shop option from there and save settings see the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/f396bJ0V after this check back to your site by clearing the browser cache.

Hello, @sanxuan,

I have checked your site and the screenshot you provide us. When I check your site by login you activated the Woodmart theme, not our XStore theme I activate the theme and then I check the plugins on your site there is no AMP plugin installed and activated on your site. Are you working on your site? did you change the theme and disable/delete the plugin?

If the AMP plugin is enabled, the product page will change shape and can’t get tag variants,

Your screenshots are not visible now, unfortunately.
What problem that can’t be solved do you mean? Please read about AMP version of the site – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/111-general-info-amp Because AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage. If you want all functions, disable our AMP plugin (it is not obligatory) and you will see the responsive version of the site. Variations are available in AMP version, just like this – https://gyazo.com/e34b0c0715f3e14b49c8ad20c1a250ed , it is predefined behavior and not the problem.

A lot of product filters don’t support this theme, I’ve tested at least a dozen filter plugins and I’m really broken, so can you recommend an overfilter plugin?

We did not test such plugins officially so can’t recommend them. Maybe support of WooCommerce plugin will give you some recommendations.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
