    Hello, @Goldy,

    It is a category page that you shared with us and by default, the categories or shop pages are not editable with any page builder because all these pages are coming from the WooCommerce plugin and the archive pages and you can not edit any of the archive pages directly. You have to try with the PRO version of the page builder plugin for editing this.

    You can use our theme “Products” widget https://postimg.cc/bs8MsWdP in the widget and set the settings for products like to appear on “Slider or as a Grid” see image: https://postimg.cc/Sj56PMFv and in the product data settings tab you can set the brands option as I do see image: https://postimg.cc/zHmnVsj1 once you are done with adding the brands in the widget settings save the settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.     1. For the logo size on mobile, you have to increase the columns on mobile, Actually the page words on 12 columns as the default bootstrap has, and you have set the logo on mobile in just 2 columns, so you have to increase it as 6 columns and check back, please watch and follow the instructions showing in this video: https://www.veed.io/view/0f32b0e3-1f24-4932-84af-7bdcd66b6860?sharingWidget=true

    2. For Question Mark height, I can see you have the Custom CSS added which is creating this issue on your site: https://postimg.cc/WDWxW0NF so you have to find and remove this Custom CSS and it will resolve your issue, that Custom CSS might be in Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Mobile or in Custom HTML which you have added in your site.

    Hello, @filmguerilla,

    Alright, Just do one thing now.
    First, activate the parent theme.
    Disable all the third-party plugins including cache plugins and PRO versions of the plugins if you are using them on your site.
    Delete all the menus that you have in the Appearance >> Menus
    Then create a new menu and assign the location to this menu
    Check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
    I hope it will fix your issue.
    Then activate the plugins one by one.

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    There is no the mentioned problem, on our demos or test sites, so it seems there is something on your site that caused the delay in loading.

    If it is not caused by plugins, check additional customization in files.

    1.. Simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS and then paste the below code in the Mobile Custom CSS section.

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    2.. Can you please share an image with us of where the popup appears and how does it look now on your site.

    Yes, I have checked the images that you shared with us. The thing is our theme is the most optimized version on the Themeforest. All of our demos are very well optimized once you changed the demo content with yours you need to optimize the site speed based on the results after you changed the content and your server sometimes the server response time is not good.     You can try with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ you have to install the plugin on your site and then simply drag and drop the attributes/categories to any position from the backend as per your requirements, It will impact on the frontend as well.

    Unfortunately, there is no such functionality in our theme, for now, Upsells is the WooCommerce default functionality and you can set it by editing the product and it will show on the single product page but there is no option to set the discount for the selected add to cart items based on those upsells products, You have to try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

    What do you mean by other templates? You just have to add it under Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global Custom CSS.

    And we will forward this to the development department for checking it deeply and try to add it with the upcoming updates of the theme.

    2) Please disable the AMP plugin and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Yes, you need a plugin to create a form. Once you are done with creating the form you will have a shortcode of that form you can set this form via shortcode on your site.
