    1. Actually, Yes you are right about this. There is no option in the theme to set the specific columns of products on the shop page for mobile and desktop. But if you want to show the 1 column of products on shop only on mobile you can use the below CSS code in the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global.

    @media(max-width:991px){.shop-full-width .products-grid .product{width:100% !important;}}

    2. I have checked your site shop page on my personal mobile and found that if I visit the shop page with the non-AMP version the shop page shows all products there is no pagination but the pagination appears if I check the site with the AMP version. By default there is no option in the AMP plugin settings to disable this if you are ok with it you can use the plugins otherwise disable the plugin and check back to your site shop page on mobile after clearing the browser cache. I hope you understand.

    403 forbidden means that your browser isn’t able to load the scripts up because your server isn’t allowing it. This is a hard one to solve. Because anything could be blocking the server. Hence 403 forbidden error is very vague, the error log may give you clue.

    – Most likely this is a server permissions/ownership issue. If its a permission issue, it may tell you which file has incorrect permissions, so ask your host what’s going on.
    – Another possible cause could be a corrupt .htaccess file. Also, check your .htaccess files for anything strange.
    – make sure your server settings are not overriding the .htaccess file.
    – Another possible cause could be a changed to the server settings (accidental or otherwise). Check with your hosting provider.

    So I suggest you to reach out to your hosting provider with that screenshot and ask them to solve these issues for you on your site.

    Actually, Yes, it is possible and you can do it. Let me explain to you.

    When you edit a product from the product options on the edit product page you will see the option for the countdown as you can see in this image: https://prnt.sc/vq1Ghu9hEzxR

    By doing this you can set the countdown on simple products only.

    For the Variable Products: The creation of the countdown for every product variation will slow down the product page a lot. That’s why we did not add that.

    It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else and also you can try to turn OFF the lazyload and check back again after that, you will find it under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization >> General >> Image Loading Type.

    Hello, @TFS,

    My suggested numbers are listed below:

    Max execution time: min (120-180) – I have now put 400 (Put 1000)
    Max input vars: min (1000-2000) – I have now put 300 (Put 2000)

    By setting the above numbers you will not face any issues because of these values.

    No the number which is too high does not cause any of the issues.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    The FTP method also works fine, there must be some corruption while uploading the files to the server via FTP.

    But in the end, the Sound’s Good! that you reupdated the theme automatically and it worked and solved your issue.

    Sorry for the delay in response. Apologizing for it.

    First of all, Thanks for allowing us to debug your site.

    I have debugged it in deep to find the cause of your issue. I check the settings and disable every plugin on your site. I update the parent theme and its core plugins on your site but still, the issue was not resolved.

    I again checked the theme settings for variations all are set to fine but the issue still persists on the site. So I check the same thing on our test site to confirm whether it is a bug in the theme or not. I found that variations are working just fine on our test site, the issue only appears on your site.

    So I created a new attribute category on your site check here: https://postimg.cc/JG0YxV67 and then I create a new variation in this attribute as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/ZBDpKgrj after that I create a new product on your site and assign the attribute and variation to this product that I created. Please refer to the images: https://postimg.cc/G8shGSWX and https://postimg.cc/Cz4MG82p and then I check the product on the site and the variations appear just fine, please check the resulting image here: https://postimg.cc/7C5TtXv2 below are the product backend URL and the frontend URL for you.

    Now, The thing is that the issue is in the products, attributes, and categories that you have on your site. If you imported the products and their attributes so maybe the importing process is not done successfully and causes the issue.

    So you have to delete the attributes of your site and then create them again and assign them to the products I hope it will solve your issue but if it’s not. Then you have to add all of your products again manually one by one.

    1. Point is that the Instagram app does not have a share option, it does not allow sharing, so you can’t implement this and unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme for now as well.

    Please go to Appearance >> Menu and click on the Menu item setting: https://pasteboard.co/PhJDzmc6jEGv.png and then you have to uncheck the “Open SubMenu by Click” option as shown in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/zO8ya4fqQWxX.png
    It will then show the Popup of the Menu when you hover over the Menu item instead to click it.
