Please read the following article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size/ as the issue has not yet been fully resolved.

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix the memory issue –

    Hello, Niddy,

We have made changes to the following file:
    wp-content/themes/xstore/js/ajax-filters.min.js

We have also noticed that from time to time the JavaScript files are not fully loaded, but after reloading the page, the file loads completely. This may be caused by some server-side caching or blocking. Please check this as well.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hello,
We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, khurram,

Your website and the XStore theme cannot influence security headers, as these are configured exclusively at the server or CDN level. You have correctly added the security headers in the .htaccess file, and they all function properly without the CDN, as confirmed by Screaming Frog. However, when the Hostinger CDN is enabled, it acts as an intermediary server that either blocks or rewrites these headers. As a result, browsers and scanners receive responses from the CDN rather than your server, and your custom headers are no longer present.

To ensure proper functionality, the security headers must be configured directly within the CDN, or you may consider switching to a CDN that allows adding custom HTTP headers (for example, Cloudflare). This is a technical limitation of the CDN and is not related to the XStore theme.

    Hello,

This issue is related to the core WooCommerce files. It indicates that the file product-image-builder.php has been deleted, renamed, or is currently inaccessible. We recommend reinstalling the WooCommerce plugin; however, please make sure to create a full backup before proceeding.

    Hello, Niddy,

The standard search works only by product name and description. You can additionally enable search by product SKU; however, search by attributes is not available. If you would like to have this feature added, you can submit a request at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/ or contact WP Kraken for further customization.

    Hello,

The configuration of category, brand, and other store archive pages is managed through the Products Archive tab. You only need to adjust the display conditions. In the Products Archive editor, you will also find pre‑designed templates for the corresponding pages.

    Hello, Doodles,

We would like to inform you that neither our theme nor our plugin makes any requests to api.xstore.8theme.com (this service does not exist). The only requests are made to xstore.8theme.com and http://www.8theme.com.

Could you please provide us with an example showing where exactly a request to api.xstore.8theme.com occurs?

    Hello, molo,

Thank you for providing access. We have discovered that part of your website loads via the HTTP protocol, while another part uses HTTPS. This inconsistency is the main cause of the issue. We attempted to resolve it using the “Really Simple SSL” plugin, which partially helped. However, there are still 162 cached elements being loaded through the incorrect protocol. We tried clearing the cache, but it did not resolve the problem. It is possible that you have additional server-side caches or a CDN that also need to be cleared.

We also noticed that you are using both the Elementor Pro and PRO Elements plugins simultaneously. Please choose one of them to avoid potential conflicts.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
