    Hello, Nirmalya,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We kindly request that you clear both your website cache (as you are using a caching plugin) and your browser cache, and then review the section once again. If you are using Google Chrome, you may find the following extension helpful for clearing your browser cache:
    Clear Cache Chrome Extension – https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn

    Please let us know if the issue persists after performing these steps.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To change the default WooCommerce placeholder image to your own, please follow these steps:

    1. Prepare your custom placeholder image and upload it to your WordPress Media Library.
    2. Copy the URL of the uploaded image.
    3. Add the following code to your child theme’s functions.php file or via a custom plugin:

    add_filter( 'woocommerce_placeholder_img_src', 'custom_woocommerce_placeholder_img_src' );
    function custom_woocommerce_placeholder_img_src( $src ) {
    return 'https://yourdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/your-placeholder-image.jpg'; // Replace with your image URL
    }

    This will replace the default WooCommerce placeholder image with your custom one across your site.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To add PayPal as a payment option, we recommend using the official WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, which is fully compatible with most themes and provides a secure and seamless checkout experience for your customers.

    You can install the plugin directly from your WordPress dashboard by navigating to Plugins > Add New and searching for “WooCommerce PayPal Payments.” Once installed and activated, you can configure it by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and enabling PayPal from there.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message and for providing the update regarding your SEO configuration.

    We’re glad to hear that you have successfully disabled the SEO settings in the XStore theme and are now using the Yoast SEO plugin for managing your SEO. Submitting your sitemap to Google Search Console is an important step, and it’s great to know that this has been completed.

    Regarding your inquiry, the timeframe for a website to start appearing in Google search results can vary. Typically, it may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks for Google to crawl and index a new or updated website. This process depends on several factors, including the website’s structure, content quality, domain authority, and the frequency of updates.

    To help improve indexing speed and visibility, we recommend the following best practices:

    1. Ensure that your website has high-quality, original content that is regularly updated.
    2. Use internal linking to help search engines discover all pages on your site.
    3. Acquire backlinks from reputable websites to increase your domain authority.
    4. Make sure your website is mobile-friendly and has fast loading times.
    5. Use the “Inspect URL” feature in Google Search Console to request indexing of specific pages.
    6. Avoid duplicate content and ensure that your meta tags (title and description) are unique and relevant.

    Please note that while these practices can help, indexing is ultimately controlled by Google, and some patience may be required.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please contact the support team of the SEO plugin.

    Hello,

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. We understand your concern regarding your website not appearing in search engine results. There could be several reasons for this, such as indexing issues, SEO settings, or restrictions in your website’s configuration.

    We have thoroughly reviewed the matter and can confirm that there are no issues related to our theme that would affect your website’s visibility in search engines.

    Please note that XStore SEO options are designed to offer basic SEO functionalities for users who may not be using a dedicated SEO plugin. Since you are already using the Yoast SEO plugin, which provides advanced and comprehensive SEO features, we recommend continuing to use Yoast as your primary SEO tool.

    There is no direct conflict between the XStore SEO options and Yoast SEO; however, having both active may lead to duplicate meta tags (such as meta descriptions and keywords), which could potentially confuse search engines and affect your SEO performance.

    To avoid any duplication or confusion, we suggest disabling the XStore SEO feature if you are fully utilizing Yoast SEO. Go to Theme Options > SEO > Enable SEO settings > Off. This will ensure that only one set of metadata is being output on your product pages, maintaining clarity and consistency for search engines.
    https://yoast.com/beginners-guide-yoast-seo/

    Then contact the support of the Yoast SEO plugin to get further assistance with your request – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/ https://yoast.com/help/support/

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1/ We kindly recommend ensuring that your theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions for optimal performance: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    3/ If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.

    Let us know the results.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that the child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme, you need to import options from the parent theme.
    Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that, install and activate the child theme (Appearance > Themes) > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the child theme.

    Hello, Will,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1, 2/ We have noticed that you are currently editing the only product on your website. As a result, we are unable to make changes to it simultaneously. To proceed, we created a duplicate of the product and reviewed its settings.

    We observed that although you have added attributes, the variations have not yet been created. The following article may help guide you through the process of setting up variable products:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

    https://prnt.sc/vbOP6l90UmIz

    Wishlist & Size Chart link can be added via XStore Builders > Single Product Builder with Elementor > edit template.

    Go to the Variations tab and create a variation for each size. For each variation, you can set individual stock quantity by enabling “Manage Stock” and entering the desired quantity (e.g., 30 for M, 50 for L, etc.) – https://prnt.sc/d-wVZpzLwYRg

    3/ Go to XStore Builders > Single post > edit template.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Regarding your request to change the color of the comment message “Il tuo commento ora è visibile” (previously “Awaiting for approval”), and to remove the exclamation mark at the beginning — we will be happy to assist you.

    To change the color of the message to green, you can apply custom CSS. Please try adding the following code to your theme’s Custom CSS section:

    .wpd-unapproved {
    color: green !important;
    }

    To remove the exclamation mark at the beginning of the message:

    .wpd-unapproved i {
        display: none;
    }

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing issues with the email notifications.

    If you have already performed the testing we previously requested and confirmed that the issue persists even when a different theme is activated on your site, this indicates that the problem is not caused by our theme.

    Please ensure that the following settings are correctly configured:
    1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and verify that the email notifications are enabled for the relevant actions (e.g., New Order, Processing Order, Completed Order).
    2. Check that the recipient email addresses are correctly entered and not blocked or filtered by your email provider.
    3. Make sure that your WordPress site is able to send emails. You may consider installing an SMTP plugin (such as WP Mail SMTP) to improve email deliverability.
    4. If you are using any third-party plugins or custom code, please temporarily disable them to rule out any conflicts.

    If everything appears to be set up correctly and the issue persists, please contact the support of the Woocommerce plugin directly – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
