Currently, your website is using the Single Product Builder https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/ , which takes priority. As a result, those previous settings will no longer be effective.

    4. Under “Background”, select “Image” and upload your desired background image.

    – Loco Translate > Themes and edit the translation for the XStore theme;
    – Loco Translate > Plugins and edit the translation for the respective plugins.
    Please be aware that you only need to translate the necessary strings that are visible on the frontend; there is no need to manually translate to 100%.

    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients
