Issue with Single Product Editor Not Updating

Hi XStore Support Team,

I’m using the Single Product Editor integrated with the theme, but no matter what changes I make—whether adding or removing sections—the product layout doesn’t update. I have ensured to refresh the page and have also disabled any caching plugins, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me with this?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Thank you for your response; the issue has been resolved.

However, I’m still trying to achieve the desired result and haven’t found a way to do it yet.

What I want to do is add a section below the related products called “Related Categories.” This section should display the related category along with its image at the bottom, rather than just showing the category name at the top as text.

Please note that I couldn’t find the Product Categories widget.
Additionally, when I try to copy and paste from the link you sent, I receive the following message:
