    In fact, there is no mobile version of the site. Our theme has a responsive layout and all elements will be the same for both mobile and desktop devices.

    Are you able to provide us your web-site link so we could see this banner problem live and try to help you?

    Hi there,

    1. To enable this option only for home page you need to edit it via admin panel / Pages and enable “Header overlap” option in “[8theme] Layout Options”.

    2. Globally you can turn this option on in Theme Options / General / Header settings / Header overlaps the content.

    We have read the article you have sent us and see that it’s functions are similar to the Visual Composer plugin, right? With Visual Composer (that already integrated in our theme) you can easily create any layouts you need for your pages.

    Could you please point us which exactly features of this plugin is so necessary for our customers?

    Hello,

    Most likely it is a server issue. It loads slowly in admin panel also, where our theme can’t impact the response time. And we also get 503 Server Unavailable error time to time. Try to contact your server providers for help. If they will suggest something we can make from theme side just write us and we will try to help you.

    1. This hover type has a mask over the product image with wishlist and quick view buttons, so there is no way to make the link to the product when you click on the image. If you want we can provide you with a custom code snippet that will hide wishlist button and allow you to open the product by click.

    2. It is very strange that this function doesn’t work for you. We have doubled checked on our site and it works ok. Could you please provide us your admin access and ftp credentials so we could take a closer look and try to find the solution?

    It means that this code breaks woocommerce sale price and not our theme.

    Okay, so please provide us your FTP access so we could test how it works on other themes and why doesn’t work with XStore. We are not able to do it via dashboard editor.

    But this problem is not caused by our theme in this case, right? Most likely that your custom PHP code just break woocommerce pricing functionality.

    Yes, we see the problem. Where did you place this piece of code? In our child theme for Xstore? How did you test it with our theme, did you place this code to their functions.php files also? If yes so provide us your FTP access and we will see why it is happening only with our theme.

    You can find template markup for testimonials element in this file wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/inc/testimonials/woothemes-testimonials-template.php. You can also override function named in your child theme functions.php.

    It is because of some padding set in your slider configuration. Check it in Dashboard -> Revolution Slider -> edit slider. Or provide us your admin access we will try to do this for you.

    It seems to be your server performance issue. We can’t see any problems with our theme or core plugin at the moment except instagram bug.

    Of course XStore core plugin will have the biggest time loading because it contains bigger part of all theme functionality. But we can’t see any performance issue in the plugin’s code.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the question.

    You can reupload theme with a new version in Appearance -> Themes, but you need to install this plugin before https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

    It will allow you upload already existed theme and replace this folder without any errors.

    Visual Composer calendar element is based on WordPress Calendar widget. Unfortunately, we don’t have documentation that may help you to edit this WordPress feature.

    In the case you need to show Prefooter only on the home page we suggest you just add this content to the actual page (maybe simply copy from Static Block). It is not necessary to use “Prefooter” option in this situation. Just add your elements to the bottom of the homepage.

    You can edit your images sizes for products in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display. After any image sizes changes you will need to regenerate all thumbnails with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    We investigated your problem and see that site loads to slow because of broken request to the instagram server. We see this error in debug “cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 5513 milliseconds”. So you can try to contact your server providers and ask why cURL extension doesn’t work properly, try to change instagram account name or remove it.
