Hello, I installed the theme on my site and the site index page works quickly. When I enter the products page on my site / my product website works very slowly, it takes about 20 seconds. What could be the cause of this process. Thanks for your back support

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello @celikeratak,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have conducted a speed test of your website’s front page and single product page, and you are correct that the single product page is slower than the front page. Here are the results:

    Frontpage: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.adluxurybutique.com/HSA7SonR/
    Single Product Page: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.adluxurybutique.com/QwhPss2F/

We suggest that you review the suggestions provided by GTmetrix to speed up the single product page. Please see the screenshot below for reference: https://postimg.cc/H8wx2zT5/

    1. To reduce the initial server response time and improve the First Contentful Paint (FCP) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) metrics on your website, you can try the following steps:

    A. Optimize server configuration
    B. Use a caching plugin such as WP Rocket https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/128-how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore
    C. Minimize plugins and scripts
    D. Optimize images
    E. Implement a content delivery network (CDN)
    F. Enable Gzip compression
    G. Optimize XStore WordPress Theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/39-main-theme-options

    2. To avoid chaining critical requests and improve the First Contentful Paint (FCP) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) metrics while using WP Rocket, you can follow these suggestions:

    A. Minimize render-blocking resources: WP Rocket has built-in features to help you optimize render-blocking resources. Make sure you have enabled the “Minify CSS,” “Minify JavaScript,” and “Combine Google Fonts files” options in the plugin settings. This will reduce the number of external CSS and JavaScript files and make them load more efficiently.
    B. Enable deferred loading: WP Rocket provides a “Delay JavaScript Execution” option that allows you to defer the loading of JavaScript files.
    C. Use Lazy Loading, You will find the Option of the Lazy Load under XStore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization.

    3. We recommend that you take a closer look at the issue of avoiding an excessive DOM size.

Further information on this issue can be found in the following posts: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size and https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/.

To address this issue, we suggest that you edit your page and product elements and enable lazy loading for the product elements. This should help to reduce the DOM structure. Additionally, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
