    Hi
    1. On the homepage (and on pages there is a carousel with products), there are two tabs (please see attachment), one for related products and one for featured products. I use a carousel with the options: (-1) to display all products, autoplay, and loop, but the carousel doesn’t work). Could you please check why? (link of a product: https://picture4u.gr/product/t-shirt-guns-n-roses-red-roses/)

    2. Another issue is with the Instagram plugin, doesn’t show 4 products in a row. Sometimes display 3 and others 2 or 1 but never 4.

    3. On single product page, (please see attachment), I use the related and featured widget As you can see in the first row, the text is in English, although I did the translation in Greek in the WooCommerce.po file. Is there a possibility for the text to be in another file that hasn’t been translated?

    Hello, @Eleni,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We are writing to inform you that we have successfully activated the XStore parent theme on your website. Upon thorough inspection, we did not encounter any issues with the parent theme itself. The related product slider working correctly on your site.

However, during our review, we identified that the difficulties you are experiencing appear to be linked to customizations made in your child theme’s additional code. We kindly suggest consulting with your website developer to address and resolve these specific modifications.

2/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask you to revisit your site after clearing your browser’s cache to see the changes.

For your reference, relevant images have been uploaded to the private content area.

3/ We kindly request that you install the Loco Translate plugin on your website to facilitate text modifications. Please follow these steps:

    1. Install the Loco Translate plugin.
    2. Navigate to Loco > Themes > XStore and Loco > Plugins > XStore Core to change the specified text.

For detailed guidance, we encourage you to consult our theme documentation available at: (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation).

Once the necessary text changes have been made, you may deactivate the Loco Translate plugin on your site.

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
When you add Cross-sell element into the product content via the Single Product builder, it has “You may be interested in…” title, it can be changed using the Loco translate plugin.

We hope this information is helpful.Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

You are talking about the CSS code for fancy product designer in the customizer?
