There is a mistake with the website where I activated my xstore theme in.

    I found a real bad problem with the theme I bought, I do not have any website with the name huttspot.com and I did not activate my theme in this website at all. My website name is bigbrandsaver.com where I activated the theme and because of that I can not update the theme or the plugin (check image Screenshot 2024-02-20 150311).

    Thank you I did updated the theme and also the plugin.
    So what I did is I unregistered the theme and then register it again using the purchase code followed the steps but I did not click IMPORT DEMO and I just exite after regitering the theme. and then I updated the plugin.

    Now I’m facing a reall bad problem after I did this the website is reall slow directly after updating the theme and the plugin.

    My website performance is really important for me and I was working on it for 1 month now. Any ideas ? and what should I do ??

    The website is candyhype.com and I’m using hostiner and litespeed cache and Im 100% sure the cache is cleared, and also im using CDN and also cloudflare cache is cleared.
    And im sure this problem happend directly after the update.
    And by the way wordpress keep sending me an Error with the Xstore Core plugin, I hope you could check the website and let me know of anything worng.

    Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

    Also, please temporarily disable Litespeed and CDN cache and provide FTP access.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    As you can see my website is live and I have traffic to the website so I can’t deactivate LiteSeed cache or the CDN because it will make the website down because of the domain name related to CLoudFlare. do I cant do it for now.

    But I Enabled the debug for wordpress and it gives me this Error related to Xstore Core Plugin (check the file I included it has all errors)

    Please note that I have a very urgent setuation. and I never used this upport this is my first time. so I hope you fix the problems I have.

    I think the errors are gone now. only this error shows now (Deprecated: Automatic conversion of false to array is deprecated in /home/u593350740/domains/candyhype.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Admin/DataSourcePoller.php on line 138)
    But let me please tell you that my website speed is still not like before it went slow directly after upadting the plugin.

    Also I wanna ask is it ok if I updated my wordpress version to WordPress 6.4.3 is it now gonna create a conflict just like the PHP version ?

    I understand what you are saying and I already opened a ticket for woocomerce problem.
    But it still give me this error related to woocomerce and to your theme:

    our theme (XStore Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

    Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
    If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

    I did applied the Patche ID #9286983. but it still appear there. and still showing me the Apply button.
    is it applied or there is something else !

    I would like to thank you for the support. But lot of things changed after I updated the plugin and the theme.

    One of theme is that right now I can’t add a custom code to the functions.php file inxstore chld theme because it gives me this error “Scrape key check failed. Please try again.”

    if you have any idea how to fix it. Im sure its related to the plugin update because the moment I update it. it starts giving me that error Scrape key check failed. Please try again.
