The Whole Page Can Not Be Shown And More

    Hello there:

    Here are some issue that I have no idea how to fix:

    1. I installed your theme, and now, all you can see is the general frame of the website that I chose to use, but all the images and the content can not be found, even with the default images are also vanished, and I want to know how to fix that issue:

    could you show me how to get this recovered by video recording?

    2. Another issue is, now I have rewritten the MAIN MENU’s information, check it here:
    https://gyazo.com/34521456e2a14123c563fa45be208a06, and now I want to know how to add a sub-category to some of the main categories; like DISC MAGNETS, BLOCK MAGNETS, and more sub-categories under the main “NEODYMIUM MAGNET” category, and some deeper categories under some sub-categories? How can I make that happen? Would you please show me how to do that? Thank you so much for your attention and participation.

    Hello,

    1/ Once I log in to your site, the content of the Home page is visible https://gyazo.com/8f83f4bd694cf31f68624aab579a22a6 . It means there is some kind of cache, because of which the problem persists for unlogged users. Do you use server cache or CDN? Clear all cache, including cache of plugins on your site, and then check how the site works via an incognito window.

    Hello there:

    1: I followed your advice and cleared all the cache and CDN; however, that did not help at all, it recovered for a very limited period of time, like 30 minutes or so, then it magically disappeared once again. And I do not know how to fix that issue, would you please show me how you get that fixed by video recording? And here is what I see in the incognito window, please check:

    2: The second issue is, when I visit the category page, there are a lot of Chinese characters on that page, and I even do not know how to fix that issue. Please kindly check that:

    It would be very appreciated if you give me a video recording to show how to get that problem fixed.

    3: The third issue is, since I made four categories, and now I found, the default URLs are too long, now I am considering deleting the extra nonsense characters in the URL, could you show me how to do that, for example, I want my category looks like https://diymagnetic.com/strong-disc-magnets/ ; but what the site shows me is https://diymagnetic.com/product-category/strong-disc-magnets/ and I want to remove “product-category”, could you show me how to do that? Also by video recording. Thanks in advance.

    4: Last one is, I found the Home page foot is quite normal, it looks like this:

    However, once I entered the category, the footer has changed a lot, and that shows in a quite strange way, could you tell me how to fix that issue?

    Hello,

    1/ It looks the Autoptimize plugin caused the mentioned issue. Once I disabled the plugin everything works fine. So try to play with settings of the plugin or contact their support.

    2/ Dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language > set the desired language

    4/ I’ve disabled “Static Blocks Cache” in Theme Options > Speed optimization. Clear cache and check the Footer now.
