    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ To ensure that the issue you are experiencing is not due to an external factor, we kindly ask that you verify that it is not being caused by a third-party plugin or any custom code that has been added. Additionally, we would request that you provide us with temporary administrative access to your WordPress dashboard. This will allow us to review your settings and assist you more effectively.

    2/ We invite you to examine the following demo product on both desktop and mobile platforms: https://xstore.8theme.com/product/variable-product/. Please note that the behavior you have observed is not a glitch; it is an intentional feature of the product.

    3/ The text can be customized using code from the topic you provided – https://prnt.sc/XB8zB7gYZ7Jr (functions.php file of child theme),
    the text can be removed using the next custom CSS (Theme Options > Theme custom CSS)

    .content-product .available-on-backorder {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Should you need to adjust the font size, the following CSS can be used:

    p.stock.available-on-backorder.step-1 {
        font-size: 10px;
    }

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    We kindly request that you submit each of your inquiries as individual topics on our support forum to ensure clarity and avoid any potential confusion. You can do so by visiting: https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/

    Regarding your question about decreasing the font size or removing it entirely, we have provided a response which can be found at the following links: https://prnt.sc/ya60Js7e0xeF and https://prnt.sc/maKIiS6X82y8. If you have already implemented the code from this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/yBl7_aHDxb3w, there is no need to add a new one. Instead, you may simply edit the “font-size” value within the code, or alter the code found here: https://prnt.sc/ILtpUN5kAU1G to “display: none;” to remove the text.

    “On product page it is not showing any message(which it must show for back order)” – We suggest activating the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, to verify if the message appears. If it does, please provide us with a screenshot, along with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can investigate why the message is not displayed when our theme is active. Should the message not appear regardless of the theme used, it indicates that the issue is not related to our XStore theme. In this case, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance on how to achieve the result you are looking for.

    Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
