    Hi,

    Unfortunately I don’t have the FTP login also. Only our IT support is able to download and upload files to our FTP.
    But I can provide WP-admin.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1. Sorry, but I don’t see any thumbnails in your slider:
    http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0730/h_1438241226_8438254_4f7b123496.png
    Please provide us with a direct link where you have issues.

    2. I reloaded Portfolio page several times and didn’t get such problem. Please check it in another browser.

    3. Where can we see the issue with master slider? Please give us a direct page link.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    1. Please use this code in child style.css file:

    .tp-bullets {
        z-index: 0 !important;
    }

    2. I’ve edited the css code for both sliders in Master Slider settings. Please check now.

    3. Try to use this code in child style.css:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 979px) {.footer-product a, .show-quickly {
        font-size: 9px !important;
    }}

    4. As I see the link redirects to the correct page:
    http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/15/0806/h_1438849036_2044470_c1bc283975.png

    Please clear browser cache and check again.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Jack,

    You have to clear your browser cache first, and then open the page.
    The problem only appears at 1st time loading the slider.
    Please refer to below screenshot.

    Hello,

    I cleared browser cache and also checked in other browser but didn’t get any problems with the slider. Please check your site via proxy service http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html . Do you see issues there too?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

    I still can see that problem on different browsers and platforms.
    Maybe I will try to replace this dummy slider to final one. If the problem remains, I will get back to you. Thanks a lot.
