Hi,
Please see attachment. I had the burger icon on the top left of the header originally and when I pressed it, the mobile menu came up on the left (where it had the menu options column plus the category column)
I moved it to the bottom right of the screen, but now when I select the button it takes me to a 404 page. I would like the burger icon to do what it was doing when it was positioned in the header section, where if pressed a box comes into view from left side of the screen and fills up 3/4 of the page and the mobile menu is shown in there along with categories and my socials.
Let me know if this can be changed and fixed?
Thanks
Also if you see me working on something on my website when you are trying to edit or check something feel free to take over with your admin access. Thanks
Dear @Applesandcider,
We hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the original mobile menu element is not present in your header on mobile devices. Consequently, the element from the mobile panel is unable to trigger the appropriate menu element.
To resolve this, you have two options:
1. You can select the “More Toggle” element in the mobile panel settings. Please refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/sBs3W6VxbkDu. After selecting it, you can choose the preferred menu to display in its content, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/6SoOl8hrrW3a.
2. Alternatively, you can add a Mobile Menu element to your mobile header. This will allow the Mobile Menu element from the Mobile Panel to trigger the menu by clicking on it.
For your convenience, we have implemented the first solution. Please check your mobile site now to see the adjustments.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi,
We have noticed that the original mobile menu element is not present in your header on mobile devices.
This is correct and preferably how I would like it.
Please see the attachment “Mobile menu”. This is the menu that I would like to appear when I select the burger icon on the bottom right of the screen.
Please see the attachment “Current”. This is what currently appears.
If I can have the mobile menu appear when the burger is selected in the mobile panel, without the burger being on the header, that would be perfect.
Thanks
Dear @Applesandcider,
We would like to confirm that the customization you inquired about can only be implemented in the manner previously described. Additionally, you have the option to create a separate static block using the Elementor builder. This feature allows you to add any content that suits your needs. You can find detailed guidance on setting up static blocks through this link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/#Elementor-Editor-dR1da.
Please select it as the content type for the ‘More toggle content’ of the Mobile panel as per your requirements in Theme Options -> Mobile Panel.
Thank you for your attention. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi Jack,
I have used static blocks previously with your theme and also read the article you linked, but I am unsure how to add the mobile menu to the static block as Elementor is saying it’s locked, please see attachment.
Please let me know how to proceed in getting the mobile menu on a static block so I can add the static block mobile menu to the more toggle content?
Thanks
Dear @Applesandcider,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that there is no need to utilize the Mobile Menu element. Instead, you may opt for any widget specifically designed for menu creation. To facilitate this, we have integrated a next widgets for your convenience, which can be accessed here: https://prnt.sc/6v6quuxnyHR3.
Additionally, we have implemented a local modification that allows the inclusion of several Header widgets (such as cart, compare, wishlist) into your existing Static Block. We have also modified the settings of the Mobile Panel elements, which can be reviewed here: https://prnt.sc/w_j6MEEemQF8. Consequently, when you activate the Mobile Panel’s toggle, it will display the Static Block you have created, visible at this link: https://prnt.sc/T8HYzMClqGei.
Please proceed to configure your widgets within the Static Block as per your requirements. It is important to note that the settings for the cart, wishlist, and compare widgets should be adjusted to a ‘none’ value under Content Type (https://prnt.sc/6qoYA3J50F18). This adjustment is crucial to prevent any overlapping of off-canvas content with the Mobile Panel popup, which could result in an undesirable visual effect.
