X-store Core Plugin causing problems on my page

When I activate the plugin the pages don’t seem right, and I can’t see the header and the footer for some reason. I can’t understand what is the main problem. I have tried many things, like deactivating the plugins or PhP updates, etc. I need urgent help on this.

Did you update theme from the old version or you just install that?

Hello,

Could you, please, restore backup of your site before the update? After that Reply back and provide us with FTP access to your site. We’ll help you with the update. I suppose that you updates the site from the too old version and that’s the reason of the problem.
