XStore + CartFlows - by Pedro Zacchi - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi! I use the Xstore theme, the Lingerie demo. Can you let me know if there is any incompatibility of the theme with the CartFlows Plug-in? When this Plug-in is activated and the client tries to go to the checkout page, a message appears with the message “no items added to cart”. I noticed that this error only happens when the client is not yet logged into the site. If he is already logged in and tries to complete the purchase, everything is fine. But when you try to go to the checkout page and login from there, the error message appears.

    We did not test XStore with that plugin. We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
    If you need help with the additional customization, submit customization request to WPKraken team.
