Mega menu and photo gallery and help button

Hello good time

1- When we go to the mega menu, the method disappears and it is not possible to choose a good menu?

2- When we open a photo, the gallery seems to open in two and it doesn’t have the left and right function?

3- Is this help button, can you fix it?

1/ Please go to Header Builder > Main menu > Computed box > set padding top and bottom 15px.

2/ Please edit any page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable. Clear cache and check Lightbox on the single product page then.

3/ Try to use the next custom CSS code:
```
.et-request-quote.mtips {
    bottom: 85px;
}
```

I did all the above but none of the problems were solved

The pictures that are opened separately go to another page
The help button is not fixed either, it goes up and down by scrolling on the computer
It makes me jump too

1/ Try to add this code and check the menu:
```
.et_b_header-menu .menu-item-has-children a:after {
    content: "";
    display: block;
    height: 40px;
    width: 100px;
    position: absolute;
    left: -40px;
}
```
2/ “The pictures that are opened separately go to another page” – Could you record a video and describe the desired result in more detail?
There were 2 lightbox after clicking on the product image, now it is 1 lightbox. Isn’t your question solved?

3/ Change the previous code to:
```
.et-request-quote.mtips {
    bottom: 85px !important;
}
```
(add !important;).

Thank you for your response.

Please try to enable Lightbox in the settings of Elementor, where you disabled it previously by our request, then go to Single Product Builder > Gallery > disable Lightbox.

Hello, MAHDAR,

You need to select between these 2 lightboxes: from Elementor or from our theme. From the Elementor it doesn’t have navigation arrows.
“The photos open in another page” when our lightbox is activated on your site, we checked and there is no such problem on our demos or test sites, for example – https://xstore.8theme.com/product/american-vintage/ , so the problem on your site is caused by something (it can be a conflict with a 3rd party plugin or custom code).
