    I use a mega menu in the main menu, but everything shifts to the left

    There are default paddings and margins. Please add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:
    .et_b_header-menu.et_element-top-level .menu-static-block .item-link {margin: 0px;padding-left: 0px;}
