Lightbox & Megamenu problems, megamenu disappears

    Hello
    I am doing two different problems.
    1. When I hover the mouse over the titles, the mega menu appears, but I can’t go down to it, it disappears again

    2. Lightbox, the function does not work correctly, with some of my products it displays correctly and some others open it in another window.

    2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    the problem has been there from day 1 where I have had problems with megamenu

    Lightbox, it works on some of my products, so how would another plugging affect it

    We advise disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can view a list of the included plugins here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins. After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue still persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.

    Okay I understand, well I did deactivate 90% percent of the plugins, and activated them again, now the Lightbox is working, but the megamenu is failing.

    Hello

    I get the error 503 often, my hosting company is shared hosting, considering switching to VPN, even though I have the big package with them, it doesn’t seem like the site can run stably with them, but I guess it has nothing to do with megamenu does not appear.

    I also find that pagination is very unstable, sometimes it takes 4 sec before images appear, other times 40 sec.
