Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

cache plugin is part of the entire hosting companies infrastructure – https://prnt.sc/LwyTKESrBmxk – did not have this issue before on this platform..ever.. plus all woocommerce products, anything AJAX related is excluded from caching.

Hi Olga, it’s frustratingly intermittent and out of 10 clicks on a product, 4 or even 6 of them experince the issue.

Hi, i tried this but it didn’t help when i check it on the real device (for example iphone 13pro max), the image thumbnails on the single product page do not work. so it’s currently commented out.https://screenrec.com/share/3BtvnFEkwA

Is there a way to show the product image thumbnails on a single product page vertically on mobile where thumbnails take up 20% of the width and rest for the image preview itself?

So, keep it disabled and check.

There is no option to use the vertical gallery for the mobile unfortunately.

sure thing. that sounds good. as far as the vertical galley goes, since that’s not an option without a plugin and dont want any plugins for that as the theme does a good job, as a workaround, is there any way to make the thumbnails 2 rows of 4 or something like that on the mobile?
