Problem with header / logo – appears twice and i can’t fix it.

Hi
http://www.mariobadescu.ro – the logo on the front page appears twice and i don’t understand why.
Can you please tell me the reason for this error? (maybe i did something and i wanna know what so i won;t do it anymore)
In the private content i wrote the user / pass for wp admin.

Also – can you please tell me why LocoTranslate is not working in this theme? not in child or woocommerce or elementor.
