Help with getting background on slide captions on Media Caroussel

Hi,
I’m trying to add a background to the caption text that appears when I hoover over a slide in the media caroussell but have not been able to find the place to do so. I attach a link with a video describing the problem:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a background color to the caption text in the Media Carousel element without using CSS code. If you could provide us with the URL of the page on which you have the Media Carousel element, we would be happy to further investigate and provide you with the necessary CSS code to resolve your issue.

Try to add the next custom CSS code:

```
