HI there, can you let me know how we get the same menu style that you have on the left of this demo, see our link in the private area.

Also in relation to fonts, we have set them all to arial font family but it only effects some areas, can you let us know how we can set all of the fonts on the site to be arial font family?

Also in the admin under your Sing Product Page settings I select the first option to show menu on the left, but when I load the single product page there is no menu on the left.

Can you comment?

The other question I had was can I adjust the width of the theme on desktop or not?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
1) The language switcher on the top header area is just an example, that you can use such feature like language switcher.
You can change the content of this area in Appearance > Widgets > Place in header top bar area.
Please read WPML plugin documentation – https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/
2) Theme Options > Typography. If this doesn’t work, provide screenshots and temporary wp-admin access. Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.
3) We need temporary wp-admin access, to take a closer look.
4) Add the next code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global custom CSS:
```
@media (min-width: 1280px) {
    .container, .navbar-static-top .container, 
    .navbar-fixed-top .container, 
    .navbar-fixed-bottom .container{
        width: 1200px;
    }
}
```

About the sidebar on Single product page, provide temporary wp-admin access, we will take a closer look.

Rose thaks for your reply but I dont think that you are looking at the font, I see that ARIAL shows when viewing via Firebug but look at the font, its not Arial, its times new roman or something like that, https://www.dropbox.com/s/9v6fzozdvlk5hhz/W-1.zip?dl=0

IN relation to admin access I provided it in the private content area two times?

I will pass problems with font and sidebar to our technicians, but we need FTP access also.

thanks see in private area cpanel and ftp access, following confirmation of issues we see with the theme.

a) when we select font Arial for everything it only shows in some places, 85% of the fonts shown seem like times new roman

b) when we upload a font and apply it to everything, it does not work

c) the product detail page, we set the settings via control panel to show left menu but it does not work.
