Last UPDATE give error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT

    Hi!

    last update give this error in package .
    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    Try to (1) deactivate theme in XStore > Dashboard and activate it again using your purchase code. (2) After that you need to go to WP Dashboard > Updates > press “check updates” link to force check and clear cached links and only after that try to (3) update theme and XStore core plugin.
    OR update the theme via FTP – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
    https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
    OR provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can help you with the update.
    If you are using 7.2.4 version, update to 7.2.4.1 is not obligatory.

    Hello,

    What is your site URL? I can’t see it. Could you provide temporary wp-admin access also?
    We don’t need cPanel. We need FTP: FTP host, FTP username and FTP password with access to your WP installation files. Contact your hosting provider if you don’t know what FTP is.

    Hello,

    Your site used an incorrect token and reactivation of the theme was required. Besides, your server has limited permissions for the installed plugins and does not allow to overwrite plugin files. So, I removed XStore core plugin and installed it manually (Plugins > Add new > uploaded the latest version of plugin). Cleared cache and everything was fine.
