Topic: Filter products by categories XSTORE theme NOT showing all categories

Hi,
We have over 10+ categories for a particular product range on our store.
E.G Coils
On the FILTER BY CATEGORIES widget, it is only showing 6 categories.
It is also doing for multiple other categories.
Is their any reason for this and how can i resolve this issue?

Hi Rose,
The issue is not affecting the SHOP page.
It is when you select a product category.

We appreciate your prompt response.
Please provide URL of the category page and temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
Also, try to disable “Sticky Sidebar” in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout.
