Problem importing template on test site.

Dear support
I am trying to import one of the pre-built templates on my test site, but it does not work. Can you help?

Hello,

Try to disable all 3rd party plugins and check then.
If this doesn’t help, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Your https://ani*****op.dk/ site already has content, if you want to add content from another demo to that site, do not use mentioned import system, but try our XStore studio. XStore studio allows import sections from different demos, when you are using Elementor plugin. Just edit page using Elementor > scroll to the bottom > click here – https://prnt.sc/23aa4x7 and import the desired block.
