How dare you do this, especially to ask to change my 1-star feedback to positive feedback!
A poor service from you, this is the second time in less than 2 weeks, enough is enough.
The poor rating remains so senior management from 8Theme can understand that not everybody is supportive and patient and if they have common sense, they will investigate customer service behaviors and avoid repeating this.
