1) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
2) Explain in mode detail when do you get this error? Provide us with the screenshot for better understanding.

An error occurs when trying to edit the email template (xstore-email builder) . The body of the letter is not edited and does not arrive to the addressee.

Hello! The error has disappeared. However, all the templates have disappeared. Could you please send email templates that go to xstore by default.
