    We just closed a topic fixing my Accordion Checkout, and my banner images are no longer being called. Is there a setting that was changed?

    I need some help getting them back.

    Thank you

    Catagory Pages:

    Code now without banner:

    <html class=” js csstransitions” lang=”en-US” prefix=”og: http://ogp.me/ns#”&gt;
    <head>
    <body class=”archive tax-product_cat term-contemporary term-19 logged-in admin-bar no-svg boxed banner-mask-disable woocommerce woocommerce-page product-columns-5 customize-support”>
    <div class=”wrapper”>
    <div class=”header-top header-top-variant3 “>
    <div class=”header-bg header-type-variant3″>
    <ul id=”menu-main-menu” class=”et-mobile-menu”>
    <div class=”container”>
    <div class=”container”>
    <div class=”row”>
    <div id=”default_products_page_container” class=”grid_content with-sidebar-right span12 no-sidebar”>

    No longer calling banner here.

    <div class=”product-category-description”>

    Code before when banner was showing:

    <html class=” js csstransitions csstransforms no-csstransforms3d” lang=”en-US” prefix=”og: http://ogp.me/ns#&#8221; style=”height: 100%;”>
    <head>
    <body class=”archive tax-product_cat term-rings term-37 no-svg boxed banner-mask-enable woocommerce woocommerce-page” style=”position: relative; min-height: 100%; top: 0px;”>
    <div class=”wrapper”>
    <div class=”header-top header-top-variant4 “>
    <div class=”header-bg header-type-variant4″>
    <ul id=”top” class=”et-mobile-menu”>
    <div class=”container”>
    <div class=”container”>
    <div class=”row”>
    <div id=”default_products_page_container” class=”grid_content with-sidebar-left span12 no-sidebar”>

    Hello,

    Do you want to show banner on Products page?
    If so go to 8theme – Blanco Theme Settings > Product Page > Product Page Banner.
    If you use product categories pages go to Products > Categories > edit a category and upload a Thumbnail.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Not to worry. If this problem is a difficult find let me know and I will restore a backup from Saturday. The banners were working then.

    The credentials and ftp are all in the first private field of this thread.

    Thanks again for looking!
