Tabs for Additional Information and also a lower Static Block are going over the image. Can you help?Theme version: 9.04 WooCommerce version: 7.2.2
You have 2 options to fix this issue:
1/ You may disable the sticky section in Theme Option -> WooCommerce -> Single product builder.
2/ You may disable Single product builder and use default prebuilt-layouts of Single product. There are options to make sticky gallery or sticky content with no issues.
It is almost impossible to fix that sticky-section issue for Single product builder because we already tried to but had no success. You should know that this problem is caused by specific “own build structure” of Single product content so each column’s width may differ and each position is not pre-located. Thanks for understanding!
thanks for the reply – but it seems a little like I am being steered back to using a standard template due to the fact the Single Product Builder does not function correctly and handle things the right way?
Seems a shame, are you sure it’s not just a case of making the lower section inherit a page background or something?
I need the left hand side sticky section of the image to remain in view at all times and the right hand to scroll as I build an order. But once I reach the lower section of the page on the right and there is nothing more to scroll – then the left hand column should begin to scroll with the rest of the page.
Trying to understand why this cant work
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Also, we may recommend you try next non-builder template for Single product -> https://prnt.sc/VDpmxj6jKT10 . Here you may see a real example of using it -> https://xstore.8theme.com/product/levis-neck-ringer/?preset=fixed_image
