Move licence for a new Proyect - by Nelson

Hi,
I have deactivated the license of an old project, but when entering the code in the new project, it tells me that the license is in use.

I currently have 3 licenses for 3 projects, but I cannot activate the latter

Please, contact administrator
for this information.
