In case you don’t have those emails in the emails list then you may find emails’ ids and add them as described in the next example -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/built-in-email-builder-woo-subscription-email-templates-are-missing/#post-298317
But according to the fact you wrote you have those emails in the list but don’t be able to get a good design after sending it means that the problem is located in plugin as they might “hardcode” email content or rewrite their templates should be in other paths.
Also, we tested this email -> https://prnt.sc/eMiz636IPHLP and it was sent ok for our dev email see in private ->
