In order to assist you further, please provide screenshots of the problem and temporary WordPress admin access.
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
