1/ “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” needs to be enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.
2/ In order to better assist you, please provide an example of the shortcode, the URL of the page where the issue is visible, and temporary wp-admin access to your site via the Private Content area.
3/ We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are currently experiencing an issue with our Authorization APIs for Instagram. We are working diligently to resolve this issue within the next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
4/ Enable the Classic Widgets Panel via Theme Options > General, then go to Appearance > Widgets > add widgets into the Shop sidebar area. Categories pages inherit it from the Shop page.
