We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme. If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, it will confirm that the issue is not related to our theme and we suggest that you reach out to WooCommerce support for further assistance. If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.
If the issue persists, please provide us with your site’s live URL and the Admin Login details in the private content area of this topic so that we can investigate the issue further. Please also share the page URL as well as having that issue.
