In order to solve your issue simply navigate to Dashboard> XStore > Theme Settings > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Add to cart & quantity > and there Show Product Stock Status > Turn ON.
And also go to Dashboard > Products > All products > Choose/Select specific product > Edit product > Product data > Inventory > Manage stock > Uncheck and Save settings. See the image for a better reference : https://ibb.co/5nSKKv3
After that please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
