Single Product Page Builder Problem: Won’t stick

Hi. I just created a custom single product page with the builder. When I save and exit out of the customizer the page does not retain the customization. It only looks as I set it when inside the customizer. The live site looks much different. How do I get the page to show on the live site the way I designed it?
